The meeting of the Council of the Village of South River was held on Monday, March 14, 2011 in the South River Council Chambers. A quorum was present. In attendance were Mayor Coleman, Councillors Smith, Mahon and Dickerson.

Councillor O’Hallarn was absent with notice.

Staff present was Susan Arnold, Clerk-Administrator.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Village of South River does hereby confirm that Riverside Drive, east between the intersections of Lewis and Bogart has been improved and is maintained by the Village and requests the Planner prepare documents to change the road designation from Unimproved to Improved.

A water main was extended to supply water to the properties located in the block north of Riverside between Lewis and Bogart.

Further, Bogart Street remains an unimproved road at this time.

* The Audit will begin on Monday, March 21, 2011 and continue for the week.

• The Clerk Administrator is planning to be away from the office from the end of business on Friday, March 25^th until approximately April 4^th (details to be confirmed).
• The Airport Development Plan is expected in my office on March 15^th or 16^th. I’ll forward it to the committee members and each municipality as soon as it is received. The Airport Committee may wish to hold a special meeting for discussion of the Plan’s contents.
