accept the proposal from BFL at cost of $ 39, 000 plus applicable taxes to
provide insurance to the Village of South River, its Boards and Committees for
the next 4 years.

Municipal Affairs and Housing took part in the original consultation advising
the Ministry of the draft Official Plan amendment which the Village would be
considering; and
WHEREAS the Ministry
collected and distributed information to be incorporated into the amendment;

circulated the draft amendment to various ministries using the “one-window”
system; and
WHEREAS the Village held
the Public Meeting and accepted the recommended changes to the draft amendment
and sent the amended draft back to the ministry for final approval; and
WHEREAS the ministry now
has additional changes to be added into the document; now

Dean has advised he cannot see where the municipality is under any obligation, from the information he was
provided, to pay the invoice sent from Almaguin Highlands for
services not authorized by the Village over the past five years. A reply letter
will be prepared.
