By-law 6-2009

Being a By-law of the Village of South River to confirm the proceedings of Council at its meeting held on the 23rd day of February, 2009

WHEREAS the Corporation of the Village of South River deems it desirable to confirm the proceedings of Council at its meeting held on the 23rd day of February, 2009.

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Village of South River hereby enacts as follows:

1. That each motion, resolution and other action passed and taken by the Council at its meeting on the 23rd day of February, 2009 are, except where their prior approval of the Ontario Municipal Board is required, hereby adopted, ratified and confirmed.

2. The Mayor and the Clerk Administrator of the Village of South River are hereby authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to the said action or to obtain approval where required and except where otherwise provided, the Mayor and the Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to affix the Corporate Seal of the Municipality to all such documents.

READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 23rd DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2009.
